Cancellation and Refund Policy

The membership fee paid to Soulfultrip is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage of services, change of personal plans, or any other reason whatsoever.

By enrolling in the membership, the Member expressly acknowledges, agrees, and undertakes that the amount paid is towards availing travel-related services and benefits offered by Soulfultrip, and shall not be eligible for any refund, in part or in full, at any time.

The said amount shall be considered as serviceable value, which can only be utilized against the services provided by Soulfultrip in accordance with the applicable membership terms and conditions. No cash refund, transfer, or encashment of the membership fee shall be permitted.

Soulfultrip reserves the absolute right to enforce this policy, and the Member agrees that no disputes or claims shall be raised in this regard once the payment has been made and the membership has been activated.

Members are strongly advised to review and understand all terms and conditions prior to confirming their enrollment.
